I did not start out as a real estate advisor. I began my professional journey as an architect, driven by a simple idea: good design should be both beautiful and practical, and the people who live with it should feel confident in their choices.
Over the past three decades, that idea has guided every project I have worked on, from ground-up construction to complex renovations. Along the way, I realized that many people were making significant property decisions with far less information than they deserved. Whether buying a home, selling one, or planning a renovation, clients often face an unfamiliar market, unclear risks, and expensive surprises.
That’s where I step in.
My role is to help you make confident, well-informed decisions, not to push you toward a transaction. I believe that when you understand the real structural, financial, and regulatory implications of a decision, you remain in control. My job is to provide the clarity and insight that most people do not receive through the traditional real estate process.
My Background
I studied architecture and have worked hands-on in the Swiss construction environment since 1994. Over the years, I have led projects through every stage, including design, planning, approvals, technical implementation, and on-site coordination with builders. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how buildings are constructed and maintained, and how early decisions can have significant financial consequences later on.
Because I work independently and not on a brokerage commission, my advice is grounded in expertise rather than sales incentives. Clients involve me where they need insight most, such as evaluating structures, estimating realistic costs, assessing renovation potential, and navigating local regulations with confidence.
How I Work With Clients
Clients tell me they value three things most:
-
Clarity: You’ll understand the true condition and value of a property before you spend a franc.
-
Realism: You’ll gain honest insight into costs, risks, and outcomes that others overlook.
-
Control: You decide what level of support you want and when you want it, whether that is a second opinion or more comprehensive guidance.
I frequently work with English-speaking clients who are new to Switzerland. I speak both English and German fluently, and I explain technical and regulatory details in a way that is accessible and actionable.
Who I Help

At its core, my work is about giving you peace of mind. Great property decisions should feel informed, not stressful.
If you want an advisor who listens first, explains clearly, and puts your interests at the center, let’s start the conversation.
